Our shipping charge is very close to regular UPS charge since most items will be shipped by UPS ground service. Express shipments are available upon request. Allow 3-7 business days for all standard UPS ground shipments. We have packing charges to ensure products being shipped properly.

If the shipment is refused or undeliverable, buyer will be responsible for both S&H charges (first and second re-delivery.)

Listed shipping cost on our website is based on UPS shipping rate to lower 48 states by UPS ground service. If ship to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, APO, & all other addresses can be shipped by USPS for additional charge. All orders with e-mail address will receive tracking number by e-mail from UPS.

Most of the items are always in stock. We hardly ever run out of stock for any item. All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received and cleared. If products are not available, we will contact the customers via email as soon as possible. The customers will have a waiting period of 24 hours to change or cancel order. However, if the orders have been processed, the customers may not be able to change or cancel their orders.

[When Will My Order Arrive?]
It all depends on the status of the item you ordered and the shipping method you choose. For in-stock items, the order processing time is 24 hours. Therefore, if you choose a Standard Ground shipping method, then delivery usually takes 3 to 6 days. A product that is available to ship in 2 to 3 days that is sent via Standard Ground delivery will arrive in a total of 5 to 9 business days.

[Special Order]
Special orders, including customized products, require 3-5 business days. Additional time for quality control and diagnostic testing.

[Pricing and Availability]
When you place an order with API, we notify you via e-mail whether the items in your order are available. We also confirm prices and availability before charging your credit card. Your credit card is not charged until your items are shipped. Because we have many special promotions and discounts on our site, once in a great while, there may be a discrepancy between price of an item on a promotion and it's true (actual) price. We always want to satisfy you, so we use the following price reconciliation criteria:

• If an item's true price is lower than the stated price, you will be charged the lower of the two prices.
• If an item's stated price is lower than its true price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.
