Attention ! About APC fee of ACM publication and ACM Open Access Publishing Model (For full paper author)

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to ACM publishing house directly to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance .

Notes:

One regular registration can cover a paper within 14 pages, including all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the paper.
One regular registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD also register in-order to join in the conference and display their name in the conference materials.
One day tour is not included in the regular registration.
All the registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.
If you would like to register as committee member, please send email to apit.conference@gmail.com to apply.
If the refund is requested prior to December 5, 2026, 30% of registration fee will be charged. No refund will be processed after December 5, 2026. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
